Whitefish Open Race

Results

Let's race! Whether you want glory, experience, or just to try it out, this race is for anyone who wants to go fast and have fun. We will set up a 13-17 gate Dual Giant Slalom racecourse (not too turny, not too fast) where you can race the clock, your buddy, or just try to measure up!

This event is super cheap to enter and you will have chances of winning prizes in the raffle. Plus, you get to race! There are a variety of divisions and categories to choose from.

Competitors must be 5 years old before they can participate. No Exceptions.

Times and Locations
10:15am - Online Registration Closes
10:45-11:30am - Event Registration Check In
12:00-12:45am - Course Open for Inspection (2 runs max)
1:00pm - Competition Begins
3:30pm - Awards (quick ceremony, same place as check in)

At the Events Office in the Upper Village area.

Race Course
Lower Hellroaring Ski Run to Lower Ed’s Run (via Chair 2)

Awards
At the Events Office in the Upper Village area.

Divisions
Divisions with 3 or fewer racers may be combined.

Racers Compete in the following categories
Boys 5-12
Girls 5-12
Men 13-18
Women 13-18
Slower Men 18+ with little to no racing experience
Slower Women 18+ with little to no racing experience
Fast Men 18+ with some racing experience
Fast Women 18+ with some racing experience

Boys and Girls race in separate divisions. Snowboarders will race separately.
Racers will win ribbons based on their results within their age division.
All racers race the same racecourse.
