The Alpine Slides, affectionately named Forest and Meadow, are two gravity-powered sled runs traveling from the scenic village area down to the Base Lodge. Sleds feature manual hand brakes for speed control, and every ticket includes a scenic return ride to the top via Chair 6.
How much do Alpine Slides cost?
Ticket pricing is structured by the number of rides purchased. Discounts are available when booking online in advance.

What are the Alpine Slide rider height requirements?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall to participate. Children under 36 inches tall are not permitted on the Alpine Slides under any circumstances, even when accompanied by an adult.
Can kids ride the Alpine Slides for free?
Children between 36 and 48 inches tall ride free with a complimentary ticket and must be accompanied on the sled by a paying adult.
What is the age or height limit to ride the slide solo?
Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to control and ride an Alpine Slide sled alone.
Is there a weight limit for the Alpine Slides?
Yes, the maximum combined rider weight permitted per sled is 300 pounds.
What is the weather policy for the Alpine Slides?
The Alpine Slides will temporarily close during lightning, rain, or wet track conditions to ensure rider safety.

What are the daily operating hours for the slides?
The final slide ride of the day departs at 5:45 p.m. Please note that ticket sales may close earlier in the afternoon depending on crowd size and line wait times.
