When you book with Whitefish Mountain Resort, your wedding representative is available from the date you sign your contract throughout your wedding day. From timeline creation to menu selection and event execution, your representative is there to make your wedding stress free and enjoyable.

Create your event timeline

Décor set up and tear down
Cue wedding party at ceremony
Serve as liaison to your wedding group during their stay

Choose and contract your wedding vendors
Purchase, prepare and deliver your wedding decorations
Provide estimated and final meal counts when due
