Groups of 20 or more
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract are required to secure lodging
50% of lodging cost is due 90 days prior to arrival
100% of lodging cost is due 45 days prior to arrival
During ski season, new groups staying 3 or more nights receive a complimentary welcome reception hosted by your Group Sales Representative and Mountain Ambassadors and a $1000 transportation contribution (must book by June 30 the summer prior).
