2018 Whitefish Banked Slalom Results
The Whitefish Banked Slalom runs through the lower part of the Goat Haunt into George's Gorge, a natural ravine with steep sidewalls and enhanced features. Both skiers and snowboarders are allowed and compete in separate divisions. Each racer gets two timed runs, the best run wins.
Pre-registration is mandatory for this event and closes at 11:59 pm the day before. The Gorge will be closed a few days prior to the event. No poaching, we will have staff on hand making it rad. Category winners recieve an engraved WF Banked Slalom Custom Machete.
Discounted lift tickets are available for $40 for competitors, and are only good on the day of the event.
Schedule of Events
9-10AM - Mandatory Check-in. All competitors must pick up a bib and confirm participation at this time.
10:30-11:15AM - Mandatory Course Inspection
11:30AM - Competitors Meeting at Race Start
11:45AM-1:30PM - Race
3PM - Awards at Ed & Mully's
