Group Ride with FAMB

Join Flathead Area Mountain Bikers for a co-ed WMR group ride! Attendees will receive a discount on their day lift ticket! Simply check in at the FAMB tent on the day of the event, and then you'll go to the WMR ticket office where you’ll pay WMR directly for your discounted bike park day pass. This won’t necessarily be a traditional group ride with a designated leader and distinct groups – we’ll all just be lapping the lift and socializing along the way.

FAMB membership is not required but is encouraged – annual membership is only $25 and can be purchased online (http://www.flatheadamb.org/join.html). Your FAMB membership gets you a discounted WMR bike park season pass (must purchase by June 30, so this is a great way to "test the waters" before buying your season pass!). This discounted day of riding is a great opportunity to learn the benefits of lift-served riding - you get tons of repetition which allows your skills to progress at warp speed.

We’ll meet at the Base Lodge at 11am and will ride until the lifts close. We may be riding the Badrock chairlift only, depending on what’s open. Bring your mountain bike, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, etc.!
