Booking Policies
Select properties require stays of two or more nights during the summer. A five-night minimum stay is required for some units during the winter.
We require 50% of your total lodging payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before check-in will incur a $20 service fee. Cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of 50% of the lodging total. Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire lodging total.
