Our two rental shops, Base Lodge Rentals and Village Rentals, offer both entry-level and high-performance skis and boots, plus snowboards, poles and helmets — all at budget-friendly rates you won't find at many other ski resorts. Village Rentals also carries demo skis from top brands including Rossignol, Blizzard, Atomic, Black Crows and Salomon!

Our friendly and knowledgeable boot fitters and ski technicians will ensure your rental gear is dialed in for your specific needs and skill level. And because our shops are so close to the slopes, you can return any time during your visit to ask questions, make adjustments, or try a different size of boots, skis or board if something isn't working for you! That's a level of convenience you simply won't enjoy renting from another shop downtown.

• Book ahead of time! Reserving your rental gear online at least 24 hours in advance is an easy way to score discounts! It's also one less step to complete when you arrive. Those minutes add up when you're eager to get on snow!

• Get multiday rentals! Renting gear for multiple days isn't just more cost-efficient — it's also more convenient! Multiday rentals at Whitefish Mountain Resort include a one-day grace period beginning with your preselected start date. For example, you could use a three-day rental to ski Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, using Wednesday as a rest day.

• Bundle and save with our Toyota First Time Lesson Package! Created for first-time skiers and snowboarders ages 7 and older, this package includes one day of lessons and equipment rentals, as well as a beginner area lift ticket! Afterward you'll enjoy a frequent skier card and discounts on lift tickets, rentals and additional lessons for the rest of the season. This is the most fun and affordable way to get started on the slopes.

• Use Armed Forces discounts! We're proud to offer discounts on rentals (and much more!) to those who have served in any branch of the U.S. military, the National Guard or the Canadian Armed Forces. Active, reserve and retired members are eligible, as are spouses and dependents.

• Take advantage of overnight storage! Base Lodge Rentals and Village Rentals offer overnight storage so you don't have to lug your skis back to your room or car after a day on the slopes. Just be sure to reserve this early because space is very limited!
