Friends and value – more is better. There are numerous ways your groups get together and we want your trip to Whitefish to be a memorable experience.
Our dedicated group sales team will make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way from the first phone call to during your stay. We can also plan a gathering for on mountain private meals from an après ski party to a formal catered event with the full assistance of a Group Sales Representative.
Winter
Groups of 20 or more receive discounts on lodging, lift tickets, rentals.
Lodging
Save 15% or more on lodging when you book a Whitefish Mountain Resort Lodging property.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract are required to secure lodging.
- 50% of lodging cost is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of lodging cost is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- New groups staying 3 or more nights receive a complimentary Welcome Reception hosted by your Group Sales Representative and Mountain Ambassadors (must book by June 30).
Lift Tickets
Save on lift tickets when purchased through your Group Sales Representative.
- Lift ticket purchases must be made 72 hours prior to arrival day
- For every 20 lift tickets purchased, receive one complimentary ticket of the predominate ticket product purchased during your group’s stay. Free Child Lift tickets do not count in the 20.
Lessons and Rentals
Save up to 15% on lessons and equipment rentals when you book through your Group Sales Representative.

Lodging
Save 15% or more on lodging when you book a Whitefish Mountain Resort Lodging property.

- 50% of lodging cost is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of lodging cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Activities
Save up to 15% on summer activities including Zip Line Tours, the Aerial Adventure Park, Scenic Lift rides and mountain biking.
- Reservations are highly recommended. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to activity date. There is no group discount for reservations made less than 72 hours before arrival.
- 50% deposit is required for Zip Line & Aerial Adventure Park Tours at the time of the reservation.
- For every 20 activities purchased, receive one complimentary activity of the predominate product purchased during your group’s stay. Free Child Scenic Lift tickets are not included in the 20.
