50% of the total lodging cost is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

For changes or cancellations made outside 30 days from arrival, the excess will be refunded less a $20 service charge.
If cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the lodging cost will be retained and the balance will be refundable without a service charge.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the total lodging portion will be non-refundable.
Activity Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All activities must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If booking inside of 30 days then payment is due at booking.
Cancellations of unused activities will be refunded less a $20.00 fee for each different activity cancelled. Does not include air, Amtrak or rental car.
Winter Lodging Deposit And Cancellation Policies For Individual Reservations*
Deposit / Final Payment Requirements:
- 50% of lodging portion is due at the time of booking (or 1 nights lodging if only staying one night)
- Balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- All reservations made within 30 days of the day of arrival total balance is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
If cancellation is made more than 90 days before arrival, a $20.00 service charge will be assessed, with remaining balance refunded to guest.
If cancellation is made between 90 and 30 days of arrival, the lodging deposit is forfeited, but the remainder will be refundable without a service charge.
If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the lodging portion will be totally non-refundable but the remainder will be refundable without a service charge.

The Bitterroot condominium complex features 10 properties (1,2,3,5,6,7,8,10,11,12) that are ideal for small to mid size groups. While each one of the properties can sleep up to a maximum of 6 guests, there are 4 beds in each Bitterroot property which allows each guest in a group of up to 40 to have their own bed!
The Bitterroot complex has a hot tub that is for the private use of Bitterroot guests, and each property in the building has it's own ski locker on the main level. The location along Chair 3 is convenient to the village and to the ski slopes.

The General Store
Spring, Summer, and Fall Hours: Open daily, hours of operation vary depending on season.
Ski Season Hours: Open daily, 8am-8pm during the season
Whitefish Mountain Resort's only grocery store is conveniently located on the main upper village boardwalk. The General Store is well stocked with essential vacation foods, beer, wine, personal items, gifts and clothing.

Welcome Tour When You Check In
Our experienced and knowledgeable Guest Service staff will escort you to your vacation property. We will explain the features of your property and review your location as it pertains to ski access and proximity to village area services.
WMRL Shuttle Service
Our friendly Guest Service staff will shuttle you throughout the resort village area. Shuttles are available for rides to chairlifts, child care, rentals, restaurants, ski school and to the free SNOW bus stop closest to your lodging.
Swim Center
Pool Hours: 10 AM - 10 PM daily.
The resort's only swimming pool is available to select properties within the WMRL rental program.
Transportation Arrangements
Our Front Desk staff will assist you with organizing shuttle service to transport your party to the airport or Amtrak station
