Family reunions, church retreats, cross country motorcycle rides, there are numerous ways your group gets together in the summer. Our dedicated group sales team will makes sure you're taken care of with every detail from lodging to scenic lift rides, to group dinners to off-site activities. To qualify for group travel, you must have 20 or more people and one point of contact - the Trip Leader.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 and a signed contract are required to secure lodging.
  • 50% of the lodging is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the lodging is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • For every 20 activities purchased, receive 1 complementary activity of the predominate product purchased during your group's stay. (Free Child and Super Senior scenic lift ride tickets are not included in the 20.)
