The Smoking Aces Tour is Montana's only four-stop freestyle tour. The tour kicks off at Whitefish Mountain Resort and returns to Whitefish Mountain Resort for the Championship after stops at Great Divide and Big Sky. Presented by Montana Ski Company.

Participant Information

**Even if you have pre-registered, you MUST come to the registration window on the day of the event between 9:45-11am**

The Smoking Aces Tour is Montana's own ski and snowboard freestyle tour. The Smoking Aces Tour 2014 will be held at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Great Divide, and Big Sky with the kick-off event (February 1) and Championship (March 22) held at Whitefish Mountain Resort.

Each slopestyle event will consist of each rider taking two full runs through the Terrain Park. Best run wins.
Judges will pick the top rider for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all categories, based on overall impression, style and difficulty.
Skiers and Snowboarders are welcome to compete.

Fishbowl Terrain Parks, located in the Chair 3 area at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Open Class will use the Armory and all other classes will use the Central Avenue Park. All classes will use the rail garden at the bottom of Central Avenue Park.

Anytime until the day of the event – ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION
9:45-11am– Day of Registration – located at the Events Office at the bottom of Ed’s Run
9:45-11:30am– Training in the Terrain Park (conditions permitting)
11:45am– Riders Meeting at the top of Central Avenue Park
12pm– Start of Competition. We will run the ‘Open’ Class after the last amateur run. This changeover will take approximately 30 minutes, and will be no earlier than 2PM.
3:30pm– Awards at Bierstube deck, weather permitting (or 30 minutes after last Open Class run)

Registration Information
Pre-registration is highly recommended, space is limited. Click HERE to register now. Pre-registration will be cut off at 9pm on March 20th. After that, you must register the day of the competition. Either way you must still go to registration on the day of the event to pick up your bib and to check in.

Pre-registration Fees - $40 Open Class, $35 Amateurs
Day of Registration Fees - $40 Open Class, $35 Amateurs
(a lift ticket or season pass is required for this event)

Points earned at each event on the Tour go towards an overall tour championship.
$300 Cash Purse for Open Class, and great prizes from MT Ski Company for all categories. Awards will be at Ed and Mully’s 30 minutes after last open class rider, about 3:30 PM.
