There is so much going during Winter Carnival in Whitefish. Here is what we think you should do:
Go Skiing in the morning
Check out the parade downtown Whitefish
Watch the Rail Jam, Torchlight, and Fireworks in the early evening
Hear the band play after the fireworks, then either go to the ‘Stube or go downtown.

Each event has a separate calendar listing with complete details. All of this takes place just outside Ed and Mully’s Lounge in the Village, at the bottom of ‘Ed’s Run’.
RAIL JAM – 5:45-7pm
Competition showcasing skiers & snowboarders sliding rail features as many times as possible in a given period of time with no break in the action. This is a great event for spectators.

DASH FOR CASH – 6:25pm
Open to anyone looking to make a buck! This fun race will take place between the skiers and snowboarders jam sessions at about 5:30pm. Free to enter, run a wacky obstacle course for your chance to win $100! Just show up to the event, and listen to the MC for details.
TORCHLIGHT PARADE & FIREWORKS – 7pm
Immediately following the Rail Jam, watch the Winter Carnival Royalty and general subjects of the realmmake their way down Ed's Run with torches for this super cool winter tradition. As they get to the bottom, it is time for family friendly scorched earth with a great fireworks display!

Hosted by Ed and Mully’s, sip your cocoa, mulled wine or cold beer and never have to leave the Rail Jam / Torchlight / Fireworks venue.
