General Information


This alpine ski race is a chance for USSA racers to test themselves against the best racers in their age groups. This race is focused on providing experience for tomorrows alpine racers. The course provides great viewing for families watching race gates on a quality race course.

Alpine races for USSA racers U14 and younger. Race HQ is based on the 2nd floor of the Events Office building. Registration is the night before the weekend events begin, and the course is accessible from Chair 2, on Ed’s Run. Cowbells Welcome.

Required Information:
USSA Team Entry Form: Include the following for each athlete:

List men and women separately. Include the name of each coach and his/her USSA license number. Teams with 5 or fewer athletes attending will receive one coach’s ticket. Teams with 6 or more will receive up to two coaches’ tickets. To receive a coach’s ticket, coaches must be current licensed USSA coaches and be a regular member of the teams coaching staff. Coach’s names and USSA numbers must be included with each team’s official entry form prior to the entry deadline. Athletes whose USSA membership is not current at entry deadline will be considered late. Exceptions to this will be considered only when/if submitted accompanying the team’s official entry form.

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A SIGNED WHITEFISH MOUNTAIN RESORT RELEASE FORM. COACHES MUST BRING FORMS FOR ALL ATHLETES TO REGISTRATION.

Lift Tickets:
$39.00 per day discounted rate, purchased directly by coach at Race Headquarters Friday, January 10th from 7:30 - 8:30am. For racers 12 and under, a day ticket is available at $36 per day and a 2 day ticket is available at $31 per day. 6 and under: free.

Lift Opens:
8:00 a.m. for Jury and Workers; 8:30 a.m. for Athletes.
Athletes MUST remain on only the race venue until 9:00 am.

Awards for Friday and Saturday 45 minutes after Saturday Race at Race Scoreboard.

Parking
Any Upper Village lots. Birch and Cedar are pay ($10.00) Dogwood is free.
Vehicles parked in Drop-Off Zones will be towed at owner’s expense.
