GLACIER OUTDOOR CENTER GNP in winter? Eh, wot? Awesome!
The majesty of Glacier National Park is most evident in winter. Traffic is almost nonexistent and popular trails are often empty of people. You’ll see frozen waterfalls, snow-filled forests, and wildlife that appreciate the serenity as much as you. Get out of your den this winter and join one of our professional guides on skis or snowshoes for a breathtaking interpretive tour in Glacier National Park. The wide range of stunning terrain accommodates any skill level.

Should you have your own transportation, trips depart from the Glacier Outdoor Center--a full service outdoor store with all your rental needs and outdoor clothing. Overlooking Glacier National Park, the Glacier Outdoor Center is located at 12400 Hwy 2 East in West Glacier, Montana.
  • Minimum of one guide to each 8 guests.
  • Full-day tours typically depart at 9:00am and conclude at 5:00pm. Half-day tours depart at 9:00am or 1:30pm.
  • Glacier National Park entrance fee is due upon arrival at Glacier Outdoor Center; $10/individual or $15/family group.
  • Minimum 24 hours advanced reservations required.
