Ring in the New Year on the slopes with non-stop excitement starting with skiers and snowboarders show off their best tricks in the Rail Jam a Dash for Cash obstacle course race culminating with a spectacular torchlight parade and fireworks show and live music to cap off the night.


5:00 - 5:20pm- Skier jam session at the bottom of Ed's Run. Just look for it listen for it you can't miss it.
5:20 – 5:35pm– Dash for Cash. Anyone can win $100 – This one is for the kids!
5:35 - 5:55pm– Snowboarder Jam Session at the bottom of Ed’s Run
5:55 – 6:10pm –Dash for Cash. Anyone can win $100 – This one is for the adults!
6:10 – 6:30pm -Finals Jam – Top skiers and snowboarders from each division compete.
6:30 – 6:45pm -Torchlight and Fireworks to begin the moment the Rail Jam is over. Don't be late!
6:45 - 7:00pm– Rail Jam Awards. This will take place at bottom of Rail Jam amidst the crowd after the fireworks.
6:30 – 9:30pm- Live Music at Ed and Mully’s
9:30 - ??pm -Live Music begins at the Bierstube.

Here is an overview of what is going on for New Year’s Eve. The Rail Jam and Torchlight/Fireworks show each have a separate calendar listing with complete details. All of this takes place just outside Ed and Mully’s Lounge in the Village at the bottom of Ed’s Run.

Hosted by Ed and Mully’s sip your cocoas mulled wine or cold beer and never have to leave the Rail Jam / Torchlight / Fireworks venue.

RAIL JAM – 5 - 6:30pm
Competition showcasing skiers & snowboarders sliding rail features as many times as possible in a given period of time with no break in the action. This is a great event for spectators. Register by clicking this link.[https://www.eventbrite.com/e/new-years-eve-rail-jam-registration-14994327437]

DASH FOR CASH – 5:20pm and 5:55pm
Open to anyone looking to make a buck! This fun race will take place between the skiers and snowboarder’s jam sessions - the first dash is for the kids the second is for adults. Free to enter run a wacky obstacle course for your chance to win $100! Just show up to the event and listen to the MC for details.

Immediately following the Rail Jam watch as skiers & riders make their way down Ed's Run with torches for this super cool holiday tradition. As they get to the bottom the best firework show of the season goes off! Want to participate in the Torchlight Parade? Register at the bottom of Chair 2 by 5:45pm. Dress warm.

Jameson & the Sordid Seeds plays at Ed & Mully's from 6:30-9:30pm. Absolutely free.
