20THAnnual MT State Special Olympics

Feb 22-24, 2014

Special Olympics athletes will compete in alpine skiing or snowboarding cross country skiing & snowshoeing events. This is the best day on the mountain no matter the weather. There is heartfelt joy for us all in watching people achieve goals set in life. The athletes train all year for this special event. We expect hundreds of athletes and we need hundreds of volunteers to help.

Parade of Athletes in downtown Whitefish - Sunday
Come cheer on the athletes as they parade through downtown Whitefish and finish in Depot Park for the Opening Ceremonies.
Parade starts atSunday February 223pm at First Interstate Bank and proceeds up Central Ave.

Winter Games - Monday & Tuesday
Monday is the first day of competition and serves as a qualifying round for Tuesday’s events.
Tuesday is the Medal Rounds and closing ceremonies.
