2018/19 Alder Lot Pass Auction

Last year, we created 16 new rock star parking spaces in the Alder Lot (the one up by Ed & Mully’s). All but one of the 16 passes sold within three hours. Due to the obvious popularity of these parking passes we thought that it would be fun-and beneficial to others-if we made a fundraiser out of it.

We will hold an auction to sell the 16 parking passes August 1-15, 2018. The minimum bid for each parking pass is $650. Whitefish Mountain Resort will retain $650 per pass sold and will donate all remaining proceeds to the North Valley Food Bank on behalf of the pass purchaser(s).

Sound good? Ready to play? Here’s the lowdown:

  • You must register/login to bid on the passes (check your junk folder if you don’t see a confirmation email!).
  • You can bid as many times as you wish (minimum bid increment is $10), on as many passes as you want, but if you win multiple passes you are responsible to pay the amount bid on each pass.
  • Winners are responsible for payment of the full amount of their winning bid(s) and payment must be received within 24 hours after being contacted by Whitefish Mountain Resort. Otherwise winner will go to next highest bidder.
  • 16 passes are available as there are 16 parking spaces available.
  • Alder Lot Season Parking Passes guarantee you a parking spot from 6am-6pm each day of the 2018-19 winter season (except winter Brewfest, date TBD) – you are not guaranteed the same spot each day, but you are guaranteed a spot each day.
  • Auction closes at Midnight MDT on August 15, 2018 – winners will be contacted on August 16, 2018 for full payment.
